A Director of Scrapyard Studios, Erin is passionate about the festival championing the community of Bootle & building a network of like-minded local grassroots organisations who can support the festival & contribute to a legacy of support for one another.

Partner - Where are the Girl Bands?
The co-founder of Where are the Girlbands, the Communications Coordinator at Sound and Music & a creative practitioner. Ella uses her lived experiences & arts education to create accessible entryways to the arts for a range of audiences, always keeping access & inclusion at heart.

Izzy is a student with a passion for industry events, music journalism & community, & runs events at her local venue - Caffi Isa. She's excited to be part of such a great step towards creating a safer & inclusive music industry.

Anya has done everything from event management to booking shows. She wants to carry on her passion of running and curating gigs and also work towards a more welcoming and accessible music industry.

Jana is an event specialist, working behind the scenes on bringing art to life and engaging her community. Event producer, project manager, booking agent - working with agencies, festivals and DIY projects, Jana loves all things that come from true passion and love.

Owner of Fierce PR agency, musician, public speaker, and author. Anna is also Director of Fierce Futures CIC, empowering women survivors to access arts and digital careers through lived experience and strategic partnerships.

Erin is a student studying the management of music events at LIPA and loves working on all kinds of events around Liverpool! Using her passion towards gender inequality in the music industry, she is the co-founder of Take It Like A Women Podcast.

I am a musician, project manager, & now a PhD student, researching gender equality in the German music industry.
Feminism & fighting for equality in the music industry are topics that deeply resonate with me. I want to play an active part in overcoming the barriers women face, & work towards an industry that has equal opportunities for all.
